His work spans model development, deployment, experimentation, and building robust AI architectures for large-scale use cases.
Before PayPal, Ajeya worked as a Data Scientist 3 at Oracle, developing end-to-end ML applications across Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and HR data — helping enterprise clients leverage AI for prediction, personalization, and operational insights.
He also spent over 3 years at Qualcomm, where he built ML models for hardware engineering teams, optimized compute resources, developed interactive dashboards, and contributed research that earned him multiple internal awards for innovation and best paper recognition.
